Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase or sample delivery, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original, sealed packaging to ensure quality and compliance.

Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. For security and safety compliance, custom-manufactured botanical extracts or personalized supplement formulations cannot be returned once production has started or seals are broken.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Customized specification batches

  • Health, dietary supplement, and personal care raw materials with broken quality seals

To complete your return or claim, we require a commercial invoice, receipt, or proof of purchase, along with independent lab testing reports (e.g., HPLC/TLC re-test reports) if quality variance is claimed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (or quality claim documents are reviewed), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item/claim. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund or balance credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (or corporate bank account), within a certain amount of business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your corporate bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted due to international wire transfer processing times.

Exchanges & Quality Issues

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or do not match the confirmed Certificate of Analysis (COA) specifications. If you need to request an exchange for the same item based on quality issues, please send us an email at [email protected].

Shipping Returns

To return your product or samples, you should contact us first to confirm the designated shipping and customs clearance address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless it is verified as our quality error.

We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. For high-value raw material shipments, you must use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
